We are happy to serve all clients, but unfortunately sometimes we are not able to.

We value each client and also, we value each employee.

Examples which can prevent us from delivering quality service are unsecured dogs, animal waste or strong odors, severe damage / clutter, disconnected utilities, weapons, any other unsafe conditions or disrespectful attitude towards employees.

In such situations we have to decline the request for service.

Also, if due to the scope of work/ condition of the premise we can't complete the work the same day, more budget and time, heavy-duty extra or multiple visits can be required.

Definitely, we will discuss it before we start work and offer you a chance to decline service.
