Terms & Conditions

For the Use of Services by Cleaning Empire

Effective Date: July 2, 2024

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") by Cleaning Empire  ("Company", "we", "us") to our clients ("Client", "you").
1.2. By accepting these Terms, you agree to comply with all the provisions outlined in this document and confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and use our Services.
2. Description of Services
2.1. The Company provides cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning.

  • Office cleaning.

  • Window washing.

  • Post-construction cleaning.

2.2. A list of available Services and their pricing can be found on our website or provided upon request.
3. Client's Obligations
3.1. The Client agrees to provide access to the premises where the services will be performed.
3.2. The Client must notify the Company of any details that may affect the quality of the Services provided (e.g., presence of pets, specific cleaning requests, etc.).
3.3. The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the size and condition of the premises, as well as any items requiring special attention.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The cost of Services is calculated based on the scope of work, selected services, and the time required to complete them. The price may change depending on modifications to the scope of work or Client requests.
4.2. Payment is to be made by [cash, Zelle] before or upon completion of the work, depending on the terms set forth in the agreement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Services
5.1. The Client may cancel or reschedule the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time without penalty.
5.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling less than 9 hours before the scheduled cleaning, the Company may charge a penalty fee of 50% of the service cost.
6. Company's Obligations
6.1. The Company agrees to provide the Services in a high-quality manner and within the agreed-upon time frame.
6.2. All our employees undergo training and possess the necessary knowledge and experience to perform the Services.
6.3. The Company agrees to use only safe, health-conscious, and environmentally friendly cleaning products unless otherwise specified.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Company is responsible for any damage caused to the Client or their property during the provision of Services, provided the damage is caused by the actions of the Company's employees.
7.2. The Company is not liable for any damage caused by the Client's actions (e.g., if the Client fails to inform the Company of specific features of the premises or property).
7.3. The Client is responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables in the premises where the Services are provided. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the Client’s property unless it is caused by the actions of the Company's employees.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Company agrees not to disclose the Client's personal data to third parties without their consent, except as required by law.
8.2. The Client agrees not to disclose information about the Services provided and not to use the Company’s commercial work without prior approval.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Company is not liable for failure or improper performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions).
10. Amendments to the Terms
10.1. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of service provision at any time, notifying the Client of such changes.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, Texas, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the court located where the Company is based.
